We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and details may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used to view our website.
Products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify our products, prices and availability at any time.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a valid reason to do so, for example in the event of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or unexpected product unavailability.
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and delivery information.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

5. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Some Atelier Du Golfe products are produced after an order is placed and are fulfilled and shipped by third-party production and fulfilment partners.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Once your order has been shipped and tracking information is available, you will normally receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking details.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Returns are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Consumers within the European Union are also entitled to their statutory consumer rights, including the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.
Atelier Du Golfe offers a 14-day return period after receipt of your order, subject to the conditions described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Please do not return any products without first receiving return instructions from Atelier Du Golfe.

If a product is damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@atelierdugolfe.com. Please include your order details and, where possible, clear photographs showing the issue.
We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
