Order Processing & Fulfilment
Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production and fulfilment partner. Once your order has been placed, it is sent to production. Production times may vary depending on the product, destination and order volume.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method and the location of the production facility fulfilling your order. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected shipping method.

International Orders
We ship to the destinations available during checkout. Depending on your delivery country, additional import duties, taxes or customs charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the issue with the shipping provider.
